Refund policy
Because each item is custom-printed just for you at the time of your order, our return policy differs slightly from traditional retailers. Please review the details below.
Print on Demand Shop
We use print on demand technology to offer a wide range of designs and sizes. Because we do not maintain a physical "stock," we are unable to offer returns or refunds due to incorrect size selection. To ensure good fit, we provide detailed size information for each item. You can find this by clicking the "Size Charts" button (look for the ruler icon) at the bottom of each product description. We recommend comparing these measurements to a garment you already own.
Damages, Quality Issues, & Errors
We want you to love your gear! We will gladly process a return or refund request if:
- There is a quality or manufacturing defect.
- You received the wrong item or design.
- The item received is substantially different from the measurements provided in our size chart.
Note on Color: Please keep in mind that actual colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to individual monitor settings and the nature of the printing process.
Exchanges
Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you encounter an issue with a damaged or incorrect item, we will focus on providing a refund or a replacement of the original item ordered.
Lost Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please let us know! For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will work with our carriers and print partners to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
How to Request a Return or Refund
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund. To start the process, please contact us using the "Order Issue/Return" reason.
Requirements for Approval
- Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Photo Documentation: We require clear photos for all requests so we can coordinate with our print partners.
- For quality issues: Send a close-up photo of the area of concern in good lighting.
- For sizing discrepancies: Send a photo of the garment laid flat with a measuring tape clearly visible in the frame.
Shipping
If a physical return is required, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please do not use the return address on your package; we will provide a specific return address once your request is reviewed.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your request (and inspected the return, if applicable). If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
